Key responsibilities
- Provide peer support via text and video, ensuring a human presence for members in recovery
- Monitor toxicology and breathalyzer tests over video while collaborating with clinical teams
- Build and track personalized relapse prevention plans, checking in weekly to assess progress
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of continuous sobriety and openness about personal recovery experience
- Peer Recovery Support Specialist credential in Pennsylvania
- Experience as a case manager, counselor, or sponsor is a plus
- Comfortable with technology, including apps and video calls
- Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
