Job Summary

Providing enterprise-wide strategic and operational leadership, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Reimbursement Director will oversee reimbursement and patient service revenue recognition, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Ensures the accuracy and integrity of net patient service revenue and oversees financial estimates and variance monitoring
• Leads the development of advanced analytics and tools to provide insights into reimbursement trends and denial drivers
• Monitors evolving reimbursement regulations and translates changes into actionable strategies for compliance and financial optimization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance
• At least 5 years of managerial or supervisory experience
• Expertise in healthcare reimbursement regulations and methodologies
• Proven ability to develop and lead high-performing teams
