Job Summary

A company is looking for a Resident Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage residential facilities and educational programs for students
• Lead and supervise a student staff while promoting community engagement and student wellness
• Facilitate crisis management, conflict intervention, and coordinate maintenance issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree in Higher Education or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant role
• Familiarity with residence hall environments and issues
• Experience with residential curriculum is beneficial
