Pennsylvania Licensed RON Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a RON Specialist who will coordinate and facilitate Remote Online Notary transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of preparing and finalizing RON transactions
• Communicate with clients, signers, internal staff, and vendors to ensure successful RON closings
• Provide first line technical support during the signing process and maintain client relationships

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-5 years of experience in the real estate or mortgage industry
• One year of RON/eClosing experience and current Remote Online Notary commission
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and Google applications
