Pennsylvania Licensed Safety Manager
Job Summary
Leading the overall safety program for the designated Operations division, the full-time hybrid Pennsylvania Licensed Safety Manager will provide strong safety leadership, collaborate with management on safety systems, and oversee a team of Field Safety Managers to achieve world-class safety results.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement safety/operational standards, procedures, and policies to exceed industry safety compliance
- Assess compliance through audits and assist Field Safety Managers in corrective actions and remediation plans
- Monitor and report on major safety programs, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of reported information
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of management experience, with several years leading direct reports
- Certified Safety Professional (preferred, not required)
- PERC and other industry-related licenses
