Job Summary
Providing vital administrative and operational support, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Sales Coordinator will manage sales documentation, coordinate licensing processes, and ensure the accuracy of sales databases while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Prepares and submits applications for new business and renewal groups, including rate and benefit proposals
- Coordinates Medicare application processing and monitors all aspects of PA Accident and Health licensing
- Updates and maintains sales databases and assists with marketing analysis and competitor comparisons
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience required
- Familiarity with sales operations and technical systems support
- Experience in coordinating licensing and administrative processes
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining sales documentation
