Job Summary
To support mental health and substance abuse prevention efforts, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed SAP Liaison will provide education, screening, and referrals within schools and communities in Allegheny County, working primarily during daylight hours on a 10-month calendar.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver educational programs and screenings to reduce mental health and substance abuse risks
- Facilitate referrals to appropriate resources for students and families in need
- Collaborate with school personnel and community organizations to enhance support services
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, drug and alcohol addiction, or education
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the behavioral health field
- Current valid PA Class I driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
- Act 33 and 34 clearances, along with Department of Education and Public Welfare Fingerprints
