Job Summary

Seeking a Pennsylvania Licensed School Counselor, the full-time remote position will provide direct counseling services, academic guidance, and crisis response to support student success in a virtual learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive school counseling program aligned with Pennsylvania Department of Education standards
• Provide individual and group counseling services addressing academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of students
• Collaborate with instructional staff and families to identify barriers to student success and develop intervention strategies

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in School Counseling or related field from an accredited institution
• Valid Pennsylvania School Counselor certification or eligibility for certification
• Minimum of two years of experience in school counseling or related educational settings preferred
• Strong understanding of student support practices and graduation requirements
• Technological proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms
