Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the remote Pennsylvania Licensed Senior Accountant will manage commission processing, agency billing, and accounts payable while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering high-quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic finance initiatives to drive operational excellence and accuracy
• Manage functional workflows related to commission processing and accounts payable
• Analyze financial data and reports to identify discrepancies and improve outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience in a staff accountant, senior accountant, or commission accounting role
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes including commissions, billing, and accounts payable
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience with CRM, commission processing, or accounting systems
