Pennsylvania Licensed Senior Clinical Pharmacist

Job Summary

To support a growing pharmacy services team, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Senior Clinical Pharmacist will manage clinical programs, assist with formulary and prior authorization management, and lead workflow improvement initiatives in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple clinical programs, including formulary and prior authorization processes
• Develop and revise formularies, ensuring compliance with regulations and preparing for P&T Committee meetings
• Mentor pharmacy staff and participate in training and educational initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (Pharm.D.) from an accredited U.S. School of Pharmacy
• One year of experience in a managed care pharmacy setting
• Experience in pharmacy benefit management and knowledge of therapeutic interventions
• Registration as a licensed pharmacist (RPh) in Pennsylvania
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, along with computer literacy for pharmacy programming
