Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Develop compelling case themes and independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
Communicate routinely with clients and cultivate relationships with existing and future clients
Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys while working collaboratively with the team

Required Qualifications

JD from an ABA approved school
Must be licensed in the state of Pennsylvania
8+ years of solid litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense
Experience managing full case handling responsibilities, including discovery and trial
Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
