Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys while maintaining client relationships

Required Qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Active bar license in Pennsylvania
• 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in litigation support and trial preparation
• Experience in managing full case handling responsibilities, including discovery and trial
• Preferred experience in insurance defense matters
