Job Summary

Seeking a Pennsylvania Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while developing compelling case themes and mentoring junior attorneys in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
• Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Active bar license in Pennsylvania
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
• Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience managing full case handling responsibilities, including discovery and trial
