Job Summary

To support a growing litigation practice, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Senior Counsel will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while developing compelling case themes and providing leadership to junior attorneys.

Key responsibilities

• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Develop a compelling case theme that counters plaintiff strategies
• Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved school
• Active bar license in Pennsylvania
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
• Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
• Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite
