Pennsylvania Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a Pennsylvania Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while providing leadership to junior attorneys in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
• Independently handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery and trial preparation
• Provide mentorship and direction to less experienced attorneys

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-approved law school
• Active bar license in Pennsylvania
• 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
• Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
• Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite
