Job Summary

Seeking a Pennsylvania Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time attorney will independently manage high-stakes litigation, develop compelling case themes, and provide leadership to junior attorneys while working in a flexible environment that supports office, hybrid, or remote arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Develop a case theme that effectively counters plaintiff strategies
• Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved law school
• Active bar license in Pennsylvania
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
• Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
• Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite
