Job Summary

Seeking a Pennsylvania Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time attorney will independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials while developing compelling case themes and mentoring junior attorneys in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Active Pennsylvania bar license
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in trial preparation
• Experience managing full case handling responsibilities
• Proficiency in MS Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
