Job Summary
Seeking a Pennsylvania Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will independently manage high-stakes litigation, develop compelling case themes, and provide leadership to junior attorneys while working in a flexible, hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Develop a case theme that effectively counters plaintiff strategies
- Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved school
- Active bar license in Pennsylvania
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
- Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
- Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite
