Pennsylvania Licensed Senior Design Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Architecture & Design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of store design prototypes aligned with marketing and brand strategies
• Create effective processes to support corporate growth goals for new stores and remodels
• Integrate store design processes with related functional areas to achieve design excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Design, Architecture, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in leading design projects focused on customer experiences, preferably in retail
• Minimum 8 years of experience in managing a design team required
• Current license to practice architecture in a relevant state preferred
• Current certificate from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards preferred
