Job Summary

In a full-time capacity, a Pennsylvania Licensed Senior Escrow Officer will manage the closing process for residential transactions, acting as a neutral third-party among sellers, buyers, lenders, and realtors while ensuring compliance with all closing requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Determine closing requirements by clarifying instructions from buyers, sellers, and lenders
• Prepare transaction documents and complete closing transactions by assembling and reviewing necessary paperwork
• Resolve title defects and ensure all conditions of closing are met before disbursing funds

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience closing residential purchase transactions in Pennsylvania
• Deep knowledge of state-specific customs, expectations, processes, and regulations
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Must meet state licensing requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with client-based systems
