Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Loan Officer (Remote for PA).

Key Responsibilities

• Focus on DSCR originations and work with investors, brokers, property managers, and realtors
• Receive support from underwriting and closing personnel while ramping up originations
• Maintain accurate information in CRM and meet minimum origination targets

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in DSCR originations
• Experience originating $60+ million per year is preferred
• Consideration for top-tier, non-QM originators with some DSCR experience
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
