Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Senior Technologist specializing in Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Integrated Risk Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Manage daily administration and configuration of assigned ITSM/CRM systems to ensure efficient performance
• Provide advanced business process analysis and lead the development of workflows to automate governance processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field with relevant courses; Computer Science or related field preferred
• Minimum 7 years of applicable experience in a technology environment
• Experience with ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, ITOM, and IRM preferred
• ServiceNow IRM, ITOM, ITSM, CSM certifications preferred; ITIL 4 Foundation strongly preferred
• Vendor-specific application certifications are strongly preferred
