A company is looking for a PA Real Estate Signing Agent.

Key Responsibilities

Verify the identity of signers using approved remote identification technologies
Thoroughly review real estate documents to ensure they are complete and meet legal requirements
Apply electronic notarial acts to documents after witnessing the signing process via secure online platforms

Required Qualifications

NNA Certified
Minimum of six (6) months RON experience
Minimum of one (1) year experience as a commissioned Notary
Minimum of one (1) year experience working with loan or Real Estate documents
Proof of completion of a Remote Online Notarization Basic Training Course
