Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialty Clinical Pharmacist to manage patients prescribed specialty medications and support patient care coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience
• Licensed Pharmacist in Pennsylvania within 90 days of hire
• Knowledge of medical practice, healthcare insurance procedures, and pharmacy regulations
• Experience in patient education and compliance management
