Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialty Clinical Pharmacist to manage patients prescribed specialty medications and coordinate patient care within the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pharmaceutical care by interpreting prescriptions and ensuring accurate dispensing
• Provide drug and clinical information to healthcare professionals and assist patients with compliance
• Identify patients at risk for therapy non-compliance and create plans to address their needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience
• Licensed Pharmacist in Pennsylvania within 90 days of hire
• Experience in clinical practice and understanding of healthcare insurance procedures
• Ability to provide training and orientation to pharmacy personnel
