Job Summary

To support financial accuracy and reporting, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Staff Accountant will develop and maintain accounting systems, prepare financial records, and assist with month-end close activities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensure all financial information complies with GAAP and company policies
  • Prepare and enter daily and month-end journal entries and perform account reconciliations
  • Participate in the monthly close process and assist with audits as required
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • Knowledge of public accounting principles and practices
  • Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
  • Two years of experience in general ledger accounting is a bonus
  • Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
