Job Summary
To support financial accuracy and reporting, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Staff Accountant will develop and maintain accounting systems, prepare financial records, and assist with month-end close activities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure all financial information complies with GAAP and company policies
- Prepare and enter daily and month-end journal entries and perform account reconciliations
- Participate in the monthly close process and assist with audits as required
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Knowledge of public accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Two years of experience in general ledger accounting is a bonus
- Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
