Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Independently represents the Employer/Carrier in workers' compensation hearings and presents evidence
- Analyzes legal issues, conducts legal research, and develops defense strategies
- Prepares legal documents and communicates effectively with clients and involved parties
Required Qualifications
- Pennsylvania State Bar licensed attorney in good standing
- Knowledge of PA Workers' Compensation statutes and local court procedures
- 5+ years of workers' compensation litigation experience
- Strong legal research and writing skills
