Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Pharmacist Refill Call Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather pertinent information from incoming calls regarding medications and conduct medication reviews
• Receive and interpret physicians' medication orders, clarifying or correcting as necessary
• Authorize prescription refills based on clinical guidelines and document encounters in the electronic medical record

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Required), Doctoral Degree (Preferred)
• Licensed Pharmacist in Pennsylvania within 90 days
• Experience in a clinical environment preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals
• Proficiency in order processing and medication review
