Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Pharmacist Refill Call Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather pertinent information from incoming calls regarding medications and utilize scripting to respond to caller needs
• Review patient medication profiles and authorize prescription refills based on clinical guidelines
• Document encounters in the electronic medical record and notify patients of completed prescription refills

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Required); Doctoral Degree (Preferred)
• Licensed Pharmacist in Pennsylvania within 90 days
• Experience in a clinical environment preferred
• Proficiency in order processing and medication review
• Ability to collaborate with health system physicians
