Pennsylvania Licensed Staff Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Pharmacist Refill Call Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather pertinent information from incoming calls regarding medications and review electronic medical records
• Address medication-related questions, issues, and refill approvals while conducting thorough medication reviews
• Document encounters within the electronic medical record and e-scribe approved prescription refills to the appropriate pharmacy

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Required), Doctoral Degree (Preferred)
• Licensed Pharmacist in Pennsylvania within 90 days
• Experience in a clinical environment
• Ability to enter into collaborative practice agreements with health system physicians
• Proficiency in order processing and medication review
