Pennsylvania Licensed Staff Scientist

Job Summary

Seeking a Pennsylvania Licensed Staff Scientist, the full-time position will develop, execute, and analyze behavioral science projects for the Behavioral Insights Team, focusing on improving patient outcomes through innovative nudges and interventions, while working remotely with occasional travel to Danville.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations and project coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Lead data analysis and manuscript preparation for behavioral science research, aiming for publication in high-impact journals
• Engage in open science practices, including preregistration and sharing of research data and findings

Required qualifications:

• Ph.D. in psychology, economics, decision sciences, marketing, management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' post-graduate experience in behavioral research or related projects
• Experience with statistical software, preferably R, and data analysis methodologies
• Track record of publishing original empirical research and applying for research funding
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
