Pennsylvania Licensed Street Medicine Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse for the Grant Street Medicine program.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed health and behavioral healthcare alongside Street Medicine providers
• Perform clinical duties, including medication reconciliation and data reporting
• Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations and provide trauma-prevention education

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or certification in a recognized specialty
• Enrolled in RN to BSN or RN to MSN program with a minimum of 12 credits completed within the last 12 months
• Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions and unique community locations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends
• Experience in community-based healthcare is preferred
