Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Structural Engineering to support its Heavy Industrial Services division in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of structural department activities, including scheduling and resource management
• Act as a technical liaison to enhance customer support and assist in business development initiatives
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for the structural team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Structural Engineering
• 15 years of experience in heavy industrial engineering projects, preferably in a consulting environment
• Professional Engineer license
• Experience managing engineering and design teams
• Familiarity with design software such as RISA, STAAD, and Revit
