A company is looking for a Subrogation Trial Attorney to lead litigation efforts and recover losses on behalf of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a primary caseload of subrogation matters and traditional insurance defense files
  • Manage a high volume caseload efficiently, ensuring timely progress on all assigned files
  • Gather, evaluate, and organize case materials to support hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions
Required Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
  • Experience in subrogation, litigation, or insurance defense
  • Strong legal research and writing skills
  • Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and collaborate with internal teams
