Pennsylvania Licensed Surplus Lines Representative

Job Summary

Handling surplus lines documentation and compliance, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Surplus Lines Representative will manage filings, support operations, and assist with audits while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage surplus lines documentation and filings in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with branch offices and underwriting teams to ensure accurate transaction processing and customer service
• Assist with internal and external audits by organizing and providing necessary documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Operations, or a related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in surplus lines insurance, insurance operations, or a related business operations environment preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain applicable Property & Casualty (P&C) and/or Surplus Lines licenses as required by state regulations
• Experience with insurance documentation and regulatory filings is a plus
• Preferred certifications include Associate in Surplus Lines Insurance (ASLI) and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR)
