Pennsylvania Licensed Tax Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Tax Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and year-end tax provisions, and federal, state, and local tax returns
• Maintain internal controls for SOX 404 compliance and manage tax records and files
• Research tax issues and interact with auditors to support tax positions and complete audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical/Business experience required
• 4-7 years of relevant work experience preferred
• 3-5 years of corporate income tax experience, including federal and multistate tax experience required
• CPA preferred
