Job Summary

Supporting the Tax Insurance team, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Tax Director will manage placements, marketing efforts, and underwriting processes while ensuring smooth communication and organization among all parties involved.

Key responsibilities

• Supports the broking team managing tax liability insurance policies
• Prepares submissions, reviews quotes, and organizes summary reports for distribution
• Maintains and develops business relationships with producers and senior underwriting contacts

Required qualifications

• Insurance broker's P&C/surplus lines license required
• Undergraduate degree required; law degree preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Thorough understanding of transactional insurance products and principles
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
