Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Tax Manager will oversee the preparation and review of tax returns, lead tax planning strategies, and provide financial advice to clients in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage the preparation and review of federal and state income tax returns for individuals and corporations
  • Lead tax planning processes and develop strategies to optimize tax obligations and ensure compliance with tax laws
  • Conduct complex tax research and provide planning advice to high net worth individuals and corporations
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree in Taxation or CPA certification is a plus
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in tax preparation and planning, particularly with 1120S and S Corporations
  • Extensive knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong self-motivation
