Job Summary

A company is looking for a TeleCare Nurse, Ambulatory - Women's Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess the healthcare needs of patients through telephonic evaluations
• Deliver, manage, and coordinate care within the domain of Ambulatory Care Nursing
• Ensure continuity of care through communication with the patient's healthcare team

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of 3 years recent clinical experience in critical care, emergency department, home health, or physician practice nursing
• At least 1 year of telephone triage experience is strongly preferred
• Experience in Women's Health Nursing is required
• Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school is required; BSN is strongly preferred
• Current PA RN license or a multi-state license through the Nursing Licensure Compact; Provider BLS certification is required
