Job Summary

A company is looking for a TeleCare Nurse, Ambulatory - Women's Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patient healthcare needs through telephonic evaluations
• Deliver, manage, and coordinate care within the Ambulatory Care Nursing domain
• Ensure continuity of care by communicating with other members of the healthcare team

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of 3 years recent clinical experience in GYN in an Ambulatory setting preferred
• Women's Health Nursing experience required
• Associate's Degree from an accredited School of Nursing required
• BSN strongly preferred
• PA RN license or multi-state license through the Nursing Licensure Compact required
