Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth LCSW or LPC - P/T.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and complete bio-psychosocial evaluations
• Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions and provide clinical supervision
• Assist in developing treatment plans and discharge instructions, while adhering to program policies

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Active and unrestricted LPC or LCSW license in PA
• Two years of experience in a health care delivery system, particularly with Mental Health patients
• Thorough knowledge of the psychosocial aspects of illness and community health resources
• Relevant education, training, and experience demonstrating required knowledge and skills
