Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Mental Health Provider to join their team in Pennsylvania (100% remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Discuss and review patients' medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications
• Prescribe medications and diagnostic tests to aid in providing accurate diagnoses
• Formulate suitable treatment plans for conditions such as ADHD, Insomnia, Depression, and Anxiety

Required Qualifications

• Must be a Physician
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience with prescribing controlled substances
• Must have a valid DEA
• Must have a valid multi-state license
• Mental health experience of 2 years is required
