Job Summary

To provide comprehensive virtual social services, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Telehealth Therapist will develop and facilitate therapeutic treatment for patients and their families, including crisis intervention and case management, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide therapeutic treatment services to individuals, groups, and families, including crisis intervention and psychoeducational support
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with program guidelines and safety protocols
  • Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders regarding patient care and treatment outcomes
Required qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Full, independent licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania
  • A minimum of two years of experience in health care, with at least two years in a psychiatric setting preferred
  • Working knowledge of therapeutic interventions and techniques for all age groups
  • Must obtain substance disorder license-in-training within six months if working in a co-occurring program
