Job Summary
To provide comprehensive virtual social services, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Telehealth Therapist will develop and facilitate therapeutic treatment for patients and their families, including crisis intervention and case management, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic treatment services to individuals, groups, and families, including crisis intervention and psychoeducational support
- Document patient progress and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with program guidelines and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders regarding patient care and treatment outcomes
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Full, independent licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania
- A minimum of two years of experience in health care, with at least two years in a psychiatric setting preferred
- Working knowledge of therapeutic interventions and techniques for all age groups
- Must obtain substance disorder license-in-training within six months if working in a co-occurring program
