Job Summary

To provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth, a Pennsylvania Licensed Telehealth Therapist will join a remote team in either a full-time or part-time capacity, focusing on delivering client-centered care while benefiting from flexible scheduling and administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide therapy sessions to autistic and neurodivergent adults using evidence-based modalities
• Manage a caseload of clients, building and maintaining relationships through consistent care
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical community to enhance professional development and client outcomes

Required qualifications

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required
