Job Summary
A company is looking for a Telephonic LPN (Call Center).
Key Responsibilities of the Telephonic LPN (Call Center):
- Oversee daily monitoring activities by reviewing device submissions and performing consistent outreach to assigned patients
- Guide individuals through eligibility, enrollment, and consent requirements for remote monitoring programs
- Document all interactions, call durations, and care updates in internal systems to support CPT-aligned workflows
Qualifications and Skills for the Telephonic LPN (Call Center):
- Active LPN license with experience in telehealth, ambulatory care, or patient-facing clinical communication
- Working knowledge of remote patient monitoring or care coordination processes; CPT 99457, 99458, and 99454 exposure preferred
- Ability to manage a large caseload with accuracy and strong time-management skills
- Comfortable navigating clinical software, digital tracking tools, and electronic documentation systems
