Job Summary

To support a transformative approach to addiction recovery, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Therapist will deliver individual and group therapy through a secure telehealth platform, providing essential support to clients while working remotely from home, with a schedule of Monday to Thursday, primarily ending at 9:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth, focusing on clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders
• Utilize trauma-informed treatment and evidence-based practices while collaborating with the treatment team to develop and adjust patient treatment plans
• Provide crisis intervention, education, and long-term recovery strategies, ensuring timely and accurate clinical documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with experience in a clinical or behavioral health environment
• Experience working with dual diagnosis and substance use disorder patients in outpatient/inpatient settings
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and digital communication tools
• Passion for advancing virtual behavioral health treatment and breaking down barriers to care
• Ability to pass PA Criminal Background Check and obtain necessary clearances and certifications
