Job Summary
To support a growing virtual mental health practice, a full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Therapist will provide remote outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations, focusing on clinical autonomy and minimal administrative burden.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions with defined goals and standard session lengths
- Manage a consistent caseload while making independent treatment decisions within evidence-based standards
- Collaborate with an in-house referral network and receive full operational support for scheduling, billing, and intake coordination
Required qualifications
- Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license
- Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
- Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired
- Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care is a plus
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort practicing in a fast-paced outpatient environment
