Job Summary
To support a dynamic real estate team, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Transaction Coordinator will manage real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, agents, and other parties while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate real estate deals, managing paperwork and communication with all parties involved to ensure timely closings
- Handle a high volume of transactions, maintaining quick response times and proactive follow-up with agents and clients
- Provide exceptional service by guiding clients through the closing process and addressing their inquiries promptly
Required qualifications
- Must possess a valid Pennsylvania real estate license
- At least one year of experience with real estate contracts and a strong understanding of the transaction lifecycle
- One year of customer service experience is required
- Proficiency in basic technology tools and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
