Pennsylvania Licensed Transportation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mid-to-large-scale transportation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets
• Proactively pursue new business opportunities and maintain client relationships through exceptional service
• Provide mentorship and direction to team members while overseeing project billing, QA/QC of deliverables, and project closeout

Required Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years of transportation design engineering and project management experience
• Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred or ability to obtain it
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with MicroStation and PennDOT design standards preferred
• Proven client relationship and business development skills
