Pennsylvania Licensed Transportation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead highway and bridge design projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mid-to-large-scale transportation projects from initial setup through planning and delivery
• Manage project budgets, scope, schedule, and staffing for successful project outcomes
• Oversee project billing, client updates, and quality assurance of deliverables

Required Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years in civil transportation engineering with project management experience on DOT-funded projects
• Professional Engineering License (PE)
• Proficiency in MS Office; MicroStation preferred
• Familiarity with NYDOT or PennDOT design standards preferred
